CCresampler is a high performance tool used for manipulating 1-bit image files prior to imaging. It can scale images independently in the X and Y directions, allowing 'stretching' of plate images to compensate for fan-out. It can also convert incoming 1-bit TIFFs to the CTP resolution. It can be tightly integrated with ControlCenter for more advanced fan-out compensation.
